Well, this mess is probably my karma for praising my other neighbors last week!
Not only do we get to hear the high-pitch scream of our weekend neighbor’s snowmachines all day Saturday, we get to pick up their debris and try to groom the ski trails back into some kind of passable condition. Why do they always drink cheap beer anyway? You’ll never find an empty bottle of good beer left behind…
Sometimes I actually like snowmachines, we use a couple of old Alpines to groom our trails, and they can be a great substitute for a ski lift. However, I can’t think of the last time I took a joy-ride around someone else’s front yard. It would be nice if the “zoomers” would look around once in a while and think of the people that live here year round. It only took a couple of hours to ruin a whole winter’s worth of trail maintennance, and I’m sure we could probably all manage to share the same trails with a little more consideration….
